Domestic Delivery – Charges and Timing
- Total shipping charges vary and will be calculated at checkout. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered and also based on your location.
- We’ll get your order to you as soon as possible! Our order processing begins within 48 hours of receiving the order. We’re taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you at the earliest.
- Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
How do I track my order?
- If you’re a logged in user, simply head to the ‘My Orders‘ section in your account to track your order.
- If you shopped as a guest, enter your order number and email address in the GUEST ORDER section of the website.

Exchange and Returns
- Exchange or Return of items from an order will be subject to the delivery and return charges. If you have availed free shipping, both delivery and return charges will be applicable on exchange and return.
- All our “Paper & Boards” category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless you have received it in a poor/damaged condition.
- Items purchased from Clearance will not be exchanged or returned.
- Damaged/ Defective/Wrong Items : If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or it is damaged, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with below mentioned details.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: –
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product
- Please send us an image of the item.
- In case of any incorrect or false information provided by the customer, the shipping and return charges will have to be borne by the customer.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.
Refunds will be processed within 3-4 days after the returned products and received.
